Here at 4 Seasons we understand that your Heating and Air Conditioning system is an important investment to you and your family. Our preventative maintenance contracts ensure that your heating and cooling systems are taken care of. On each preventative maintenance call our trained technicians go through an extensive checklist to ensure your system is there when you need it. Not sure when to schedule your preventative maintenance? We suggest for heating and cooling systems to perform maintenance in the spring and fall. Just heating system? Preform a preventive maintenance yearly before the cold season. Just cooling system? Preform a preventative maintenance yearly before the hot season. This not only helps keep your warranty on your system, but it ensures that when you need heating and cooling, your system will be able to perform, leaving you comfortable and looking to enjoy other things in life.

Kevin and Brett were very professional. They went above and beyond my expectations when they fixed duct work that was botched by the installers of the old air conditioner system. Ashley was incredible as well. She gave me an estimate of 1 1/2 weeks to install but actually had the team here in 3 days for the installation of my new air conditioner. 4 Seasons is tremendous and I'd recommend them to anyone. Everyone from the owner, Richard, to the technicians, installers and front end staff were professional and fantastic to deal with. Our house lost heat last week and they got a technician there that day to diagnose the problem. Once it was determined a new furnace was needed they had it quoted and installed a day later to get our family heat again. Even though our house is old and the installers ran into unforeseen, extra work 4 Seasons stuck to their quote. Can't recommend them enough!read more
Kevin and his apprentice were faced with a challenging installation today. New furnace means new venting and drainage had to be installed into our home. My furnace quit in minus 30 degree weather on Friday, January 12, 2023 at 8:00 am, and I panicked. I called several businesses to try and get someone out to help me. 4 Seasons was the only one that didn't send me round in circles with an annoying phone system, and I got to speak to a real person right away. Taylor, the very pleasant dispatcher, assured me that she would rearrange a few things and get a tech out by noon. Within an hour Amber was at my door, and she was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. I was able to finance the costs helped by Annaliese, the finance officer. I cannot say enough about how wonderful these women were. The job was done immediately, efficiently and my doggies and I were saved. Please don't waste time with any other furnace outfit. I will only ever chose 4 Seasons for my furnace and AC unit maintenance, service, repairs and replacements. Thank you ladies at 4 Seasons. You are awesome !!!!!!!!!!!! From booking to arrival to service to clean-up, very happy with their work. We had two service calls in the last two weeks; a furnace maintence check up and duct cleaning.Blaise did the furance check up; he was efficient and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what he did, made a couple of recommendations without being pushy, and was able to complete on of the recommended services that morning.Jordan did the duct cleaning; he was on time, also super efficient, did a couple of extra things I requested, neat, tidy, and clear about what he was doing. Well my experiences were all good except for recently. Had one of their service people in for our air conditioner cleaning outside. He did an extremely bad job. When I came home I made a complaint and it was immediately resolved no questions asked. I had Jeremy in to check it out the first go around then I got Jeremy back to do a complete cleaning of the outside unit and fixed everything the other guy messed up. Jeremy is top notch. Nice guy, professional and has great work ethic. He was there for about 1.5 hrs correcting and cleaning the unit thoroughly. Thank you 4 Seasons for correcting it immediately and thank you Jeremy for being a rock star!read more

Recently our furnace stopped working properly. After seeing the positive reviews on Google and the Better Business Bureau website we called 4 Seasons. They had day-of availability, though we made an appointment for the next day due to our schedules. Jeremy who came out was great: he found the problem, fixed it and let us know what we may need to keep our eyes on in the future so we can be prepared. We will be calling 4 Seasons if we need any sort of service again.read more
Jeremy came over today to perform a fireplace diagnostic for us. He called in advance as requested to set a time and arrived promptly. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and went above and beyond in helping us figure out what some of our switches control. He wasn’t rushed, explained everything he was doing, and presented several options for future steps we may want/need to take while being very honest about us not needing to spend more money right now.Highly recommend 4 Seasons and Jeremy for your fireplace needs.read more

I was so pleased with the service provided by this company. When Connery arrived and it turned out all that was needed was to replace the batteries in my thermostat to restore heat to my house, I felt pretty silly. He was so kind and professional about it. He was very friendly and didn't look twice at my messy house. I also asked him to go down into the basement to make sure I had replaced my furnace filter properly and he didn't mind at all. Our business was without heat for two days. the first place we called couldn't come for a few days so i called 4 Seasons and they were there within two hours. Our technician Jeremy Otis was very professional and quickly determined that a simple wire had worked loose and once reattached the furnace worked perfectly. There was no pressure to sell me a new furnace although our furnace is 38 years old but he tested the draw on the motor & said it had lots of life left. I appreciated his honesty and felt he had our best interest at heart in what he was recommending. I would gladly hire them again and will probably be ordering our new furnace through them when we decide to go that route.read more

I had an issue with my chimney on my wood burning stove, I phoned Four Seasons Friday afternoon at 4:15 p.m., they were very courteous and accommodating over the phone and said they would send out a repairman on Monday around 1:00 p.m.. Jeremy was the technician who came out he repaired the problem and extended our chimney by 6 ft. I have a very steep pitch on my roof and it was not easy but he didn't excellent job, did not complain and fix the problem. If we have any heating issues with my furnace or the wood burning stove again I would request Jeremy as a technician if possible. why have I waited so long to comment on the great service we have received from 4 Seasons? Earlier this year, we had Ashley over to plan a modification - change our wood burning fireplace to a gas unit. She was remarkable in the plan and follow up of the installation. Great job Ashley. Then John came to do the work and we were so impressed by his work we kept asking him to come back! He was most efficient, knowledgeable and personable too. Thanks, John. Later in the year, we had an A/C issue, and again, the staff came and resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. Have no hesitation to recommend their services to anyone. My husband and I recently used 4 Seasons to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. From the outset of our experience, everyone we dealt with at 4 Seasons were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Once the installation started we met Jeremy who acted above and beyond our expectations. He was helpful, kind and worked very hard to get the job done and there was never a problem. He was smart, knew all about the products and the installation required and he answered any questions we had about the job. He even took pictures when he was done to show me because I am in a wheelchair and I was not able to see it first hand. Very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC related services. I used them for a Fireplace service. Technician - Kirk was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly.
